COVID-19 SPECIAL EVENT PROCEDURES

Our public events will be following all Washoe County and State of Nevada guidelines. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE ZOO. To limit spread of the COVID-19 we request that individuals wear face masks while indoors. This is in-line with guidance from the USDA who regulates our facility. Please make sure to maintain 6 feet of distance from other groups and follow any instructions on posted signs. We will be limiting the number of people in the gift shop and around holiday features as needed. Please be patient as we navigate these limits to our operation.  We will not be requiring reservations to attend this event at this time.
